Targeting your perfect audience on Facebook

Targeting your perfect audience on Facebook

I wrote this short, no fluff, guide so that you can hop in right away and pick a niche and set up your ads to start driving traffic to your website.
All screenshots are pulled from the ad editor. All you have to do is go in and make your ads look just like that, pick your city and send the traffic.

Sound easy enough?
One thing to realize: With this targeting, every time the ad gets seen it will get seen by your perfect demographic! Where else you can you spend your money and get this done?

Maid / Cleaning Services

Go to Home Type and select houses with more than 2500 sq ft. You can tie it in with people over 50 or with people earning more than 125K per year or Net Worth higher than 500K.

This way you can target big houses, with high income owners who are probably too busy to do the cleaning and the best part is that they can afford it too!!

high_income    OR     net_worth

To do this, you have to select houses with more than 2500 sq ft AND (Must Match Feature) people with an income higher than 125K per year.

Do you think they need a cleaning service? You bet! Can they afford it? Hell yeah!

Lawn Mowing Services /Landscaping / Tree Removal / Pool Installation

Select houses with more than 1 acre of land. That’s a lot of land!

You can also tie this one in with wealthy people (high income/net worth).

They will look to hire mowing, landscaping services.

Home Improvements

Older homes need work done!

• Window company
• Roofing Company
• Siding Company
• New Driveways – HUGE
• Wall paper removal
• Kitchen / Bathroom renovation – They could be stuck in the 70’s!
• Gutter repair

Tie it in with houses estimated over 1 million and you’ve got your perfect audience with old houses, probably in need of some kind of renovation with owners that can afford to do it.

If you want to target just the business owners in a particular city/state, select the following:

Work – Title

Owner and Founder
Store Owner
Owner of the store
Store co-owner
Small businessman
Small business
Business Owner/CEO
Independent Business Owner
Self Employed Business Owner
Chief executive
Chief Executive Officer
Owner and CEO
Co-Owner/CEO or Co-Founder/Owner

There you have it! Now you can go and target your perfect audience, and the best part is that costs way less then Google Adwords and you can targeted people that are, potentially, interested in your services.
